I loved selling property and dealing with people. During my first 5 years I covered and helped out in every semester of our real manor office, from wardship to sales, unshut homes to accounts. However it was not long in my journey surpassing I identified a strong need in the market. I talked with many people, from mum's and dad's, to investors/developers and plane young people starting out on their own property ladder. All had one thing in common; they felt they were stuff fleeced by our upper real manor fees in New Zealand. It seemed everyone wanted to find a professional team of people who could unhook a service with wits and results but without charging the equivalent of their next house deposit. Not one to wait virtually I got rented immediately. After studying to obtain a license to operate my own real manor visitor I moreover studied towards a Bachelor of Science stratum in Psychology. I believed that this would offer invaluable wits in understanding the dynamics between people; on a personal level and in an organisation. During this time I talked with many real manor salespeople well-nigh my ideas and found they were equally enthusiastic. I opened my first office in Christchurch and our dream took off. To this day we do not have a quiet moment in our rented office and all of the staff have taken the workload on with a passion I am extremely proud of. We have since opened a second office in Rangiora to service the North Canterbury region and have moreover expanded into Mid/South Canterbury. Owing to strong consumer demand from other areas, we opened in Nelson early 2013 and in Otago mid 2013.
